Cordova Cleaning Co., LLC (“we”, “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Houston area. This policy describes how we collect and use personal information.

• Customers: name, email address, phone number, and service address, provided when you request a quote or book a cleaning.
• Staff and subcontractors: name, phone number, and work-related details used to coordinate cleaning assignments.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use contact information solely to provide our services: scheduling and confirming cleanings, sending service-related notifications, and processing payments. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

• We send operational text messages (such as job assignments, confirmation requests, and schedule reminders) to staff and, where requested, service notifications to customers.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
